look, it's 2013 !

2.1.13

2013 surely came in a rather quiet way. It's been raining very hard not long after the New Year's Eve celebration. I don't love rainy days as it associates with a pair of ruined shoes, a water-soaked dress and heavy traffic. However, I do believe every drop of the rain means everything for other people. Just like how the wisemen always said 'rain brings good fortune'.

I started the year by.. not having any kind of celebration, instead I went to bed early in the midst of fireworks. Everyone kind of pitied me for missing the moment, but hey, I favor to treat every other day as a new year to keep myself motivated.

So what's my resolution in 2013?
As always, to be a better daughter for my parents, a (slightly) nicer sister toward my siblings, a wiser boss for my employees. Also, hopefully a good wife and a decent in-law for his family.

It's only a week away to my exhibition and my company's launch !!
I can't believe that it's finally happening. Oh my dear God, please give me Your BEST blessing for this new road of mine. Amin Ya Allah...

This whole running-my-own-business thing is really frustrating yet exciting at the same time.
"What if.." one simple question which keeps bother me. Thousand of scenarios are running through in my mind.. but hey, why bother to think things that may not happen at all? I have to stay optimistic and confident with myself !!!

After all, I have the best people around me to help out.
Big thanks to my bestfriends for life (Nhyar, Imha, Ermha, Anggie) and my awesome three musketeers (Umhe, Yanto and Ucchank) who have been my source of strength to pull out everything. Also thanks to Thatha, my unrequited high school crush, who always showed up to be a hero in such critical moments.

Not forget to Prima, my boyfriend who keep on letting me down lately. Thanks to him, I managed to divert my disappointment into my works.

Last but not least, to my greatest parents in the world.
Pa, Ma.. I wouldn't make it to this stage without your love, support and prayers. I love you both so much.

Now, let the countdown begins and work harder !!!!

23rd!!

19.5.09

Hi! It's been quite some time ^-

I just recently celebrated my 23rd birthday! Thank God for the wonderful people who donated their love, effort and making the celebration an intimate one.

I found this year's celebration generated different feeling. It was indeed a lovable night out.
Not that I was feel unhappy; but since I hardly spent any of my birthdays with my family, hence it felt a bit blah without my besties =p

As far as I could remember, I'm normally the type of person who gets all excited with my birthday planning. Even if it is still months away, I'd carefully plan what to wear, where to have the dinner and start to picking up names I'm going to invite for the party.

However, unlike the previous years, I was kind of lose the hype for those things. I bet this is the side effect of getting old.

For the first time, I didn't really care about the party. All I wanted was to spend my special day with my beloved ones.

I was thinking to treat Dad and my boyfriend with fancy dinner at decent restaurant. Then out of nowhere, Mom asked me to come to Bandung and took Papa Zul, Nafa, Kak Rio and his wife as well. She also tried her best to arrange a surprise dinner for me.

Thank you Mom for arranging everything for me. I am glad because this ocassion helps me to re-connect our attachment.

Yay ! I've finally decided to own a blog.. I know this is not supposed to be a big deal BUT please do let me have some joy with my new 'toy'. Now that I started to feel bored with my daily activities (read: I got nothing to do), blogging seems like the most inevitable solution for me. So.. here's my first post.
